La Villa lies at about 1.400 meters above sea level, in the heart of Alta Badia. The Ladin mountain village is a popular holiday destination for true nature lovers, as it is surrounded by the UNESCO Puez-Odle Nature Park and the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park.  This house is characterized by its ideal location, right between the ski slope and the village center. Alternatively, you can also access it on skis, directly from the slope.
